A major enhancement in Version 4.0 is the addition of an All Purpose Billing System.
M-TRAC stands for Membership Tracking. Organizations with memberships from 50 to 2000 are using M-TRAC to put their membership on computer. M-TRAC was designed to be so simple to use that it can be passed on to other members of your organization. M-TRAC is a menu driven system. You can print many many reports, mailing labels, and post cards by selecting the one you want from the appropriate menu. You can add, change, inquire, and remove information from a member's record by selecting the appropriate option from a menu.
If you currently have your membership on LOTUS, DBASE, or WORDPERFECT, switching to M-TRAC will make your life much simpler. M-TRAC is easier to use and provides many needed reports that these difficult data bases do not.
